Freelance review with explicit boundaries
Keep freelance UI feedback clear about scope and acceptance
Show the issue clearly while keeping new requests distinct from the corrections already agreed.

Clearer corrections and client decisions
Visible scope distinctions
Keep an implementation correction separate from a redesign proposal that needs another agreement.
A concrete client question
Ask the client to approve a specific outcome instead of treating general feedback as a finished specification.
A portable handoff
Prepare reviewed findings for a developer without implying that a downloaded file resolves ownership or commercial terms.
Separate a correction from a new request
A client may describe both an unreadable button and a wish for a different onboarding journey as polish. Before recording feedback, identify the agreed deliverable and the decision being requested. State which constraints are fixed and which remain open. The review should help explain the interface, not silently turn new design work into an assumed obligation.
Capture the implemented concern
Use a screenshot for a static overlap or a recording when the transition matters. For a booking form, include the selected service, validation text, and affected action using safe sample details. Analyze the supported media in Retick and inspect each candidate finding. Add the relevant build and viewport yourself, and remove explanations that the image cannot support.
Write an outcome someone can approve
A correction might require the complete service name and confirmation action to remain readable at the agreed viewport. Ask the client to approve any replacement wording and keep a proposal for new booking steps separate. Review the issue before downloading a file for the receiving developer or exporting selected work to an authorized Trello destination. Neither method settles commercial scope or responsibility by itself.
Record the acceptance decision elsewhere
After implementation, inspect the updated state and document whether the agreed criteria were met in your normal project record. Make any remaining questions explicit. Retick supports media-based review, but it does not manage your contract, guarantee payment, track every revision entitlement, or certify client approval. Use the review evidence to inform a clear conversation while retaining your established scope and acceptance process.
