Careful review of administrative UI
Review internal admin actions with explicit consequences
Make an administrative action understandable while keeping permission and data-integrity checks separate.

Clearer actions with honest verification limits
Safer evidence capture
Use permitted test states instead of exposing sensitive records or performing real destructive actions for review.
Clearer consequences
Have the system owner approve what confirmation text should say about the affected record and next state.
Independent safeguard testing
Verify permissions and actual data changes with appropriate tools rather than inferring them from visible UI.
Choose a safe review environment
Internal tools may expose sensitive records and destructive operations. Review a permitted test environment with representative synthetic data, and do not trigger a real administrative change simply to produce media. Identify the operator role and intended action. Confirm consequences with the system owner rather than inferring them from the wording of a confirmation dialog.
Capture the decision and recovery states
A recording can show the selected record, archive action, confirmation, and resulting list state. A screenshot may be enough when the issue is unreadable explanatory text. Analyze the supported media in Retick and inspect the findings. Add build and role context manually. A visual review can reveal ambiguity in the confirmation, but it cannot prove which records changed or whether access controls were enforced.
Approve an understandable confirmation
For a workspace archive action, specify which workspace name must be visible and what consequence the approved copy should explain. Keep a request for new approval permissions separate from the text correction. Ask the responsible owner to settle the expected behavior before exporting selected work to Trello or downloading a file for the implementation team.
Verify the real safeguards separately
After a change, repeat the safe test scenario and inspect the interface outcome. Use engineering tests to verify permissions, affected records, recovery behavior, and audit events where your system requires them. Retick does not certify internal-tool security, validate destructive operations, or inspect audit logs through a screenshot. Keep visual clarity and technical safeguards as related but independently verified responsibilities.
Review an admin state with safe evidence
Name the action and keep its consequences explicit.
