Review of the running design
Make implemented design feedback specific enough to accept
Keep the current implementation, intended design, and proposed changes distinct during review.

Clearer design acceptance
State-specific feedback
Show the text, viewport, and error conditions that make a design discrepancy meaningful.
Accountable design intent
Have the design owner approve the expected result rather than treating generated wording as a specification.
Bounded implementation work
Separate a repairable layout problem from broader redesign ideas that need another decision.
Review the shipped state, not a remembered reference
A design handoff does not establish how the implemented dialog behaves with long team names, validation errors, or a narrow viewport. Choose a bounded area and capture representative states from the running build. Identify the design intent yourself. This workflow uses screenshots and recordings rather than promising direct design-file ingestion or an automatic comparison of component properties.
Inspect the proposed discrepancies
Bring the media into Retick and compare each candidate finding with the actual screen. A crowded invitation dialog might contain a clipped explanation, an intentional compact layout, and a suggestion to redesign role selection. Only the first is clearly a visible discrepancy without further decisions. Correct the description and distinguish an implementation problem from a new design proposal.
Specify what the repaired state should allow
Instead of asking engineering to polish the dialog, name the explanation that must remain readable and the actions that must remain reachable. Include the relevant text and viewport conditions. Have the responsible designer approve the outcome before exporting selected work to Trello or downloading a reviewed file. Developers should not have to infer the approved design from a tentative comment.
Revisit the important variants
Check the updated build with the same representative states and inspect any affected neighboring controls. A visually improved screenshot does not prove keyboard operation or correct permissions. Use direct interaction and dedicated testing where required. Retick can organize media-based findings, but design authority, accessibility assessment, and final acceptance remain human responsibilities.
Bring the implemented design into review
Capture the states that matter to the decision.
