Careful enrollment interface review

Make enrollment UI feedback clear about the learner's next step

Use safe enrollment evidence to clarify what the interface tells learners, without exposing real student records.

Clearer learner-facing outcomes

Synthetic review material

Use representative test data rather than assuming institutional or learner records are appropriate to upload.

Clear next-step language

Match the approved confirmation to the actual enrollment model and the action the learner can take.

Honest verification scope

Keep enrollment records, course access, and policy compliance with the people and tools responsible for them.

Use synthetic learner information

An enrollment interface can contain personal information and institutional records. Capture a permitted test environment with synthetic learner details rather than uploading real student records. Identify the role and enrollment state under review. Confirm whether an action enrolls immediately, requests approval, or creates a pending payment state before deciding that the displayed message is incorrect.

Show the transition the learner experiences

Record course selection, the enrollment action, and the visible result, or capture a screenshot when the concern is static explanatory copy. Review the supported media in Retick and compare the proposed findings with the evidence. A missing confirmation does not prove that enrollment failed. Add the tested build and setup manually, and check actual enrollment state separately when necessary.

Agree on an understandable outcome

A useful issue might say that the pending-enrollment message does not explain whether the learner can access the course yet. Have the responsible product owner approve the wording and next action. Keep a proposal for a new approval workflow separate. Review the issue before exporting selected work to Trello or downloading a file for the implementation team.

Check access and records independently

After a change, repeat the safe test scenario and inspect the approved message. Use your engineering and institutional processes to verify enrollment records, access rules, and required privacy controls. Retick does not certify student-data compliance, validate institutional policy, or prove that a learner gained access through media analysis. Keep the UI review focused on what the capture can actually establish and record remaining checks explicitly.

Review an enrollment state with safe test data

Name the state and clarify what happens next.
