Evidence-led booking review
Give booking feedback the date and timezone context it needs
Keep the selected date, displayed timezone, and confirmed scheduling rules visible in the issue context.

Clearer scheduling UI reports
Explicit scheduling conditions
Record the date and timezone instead of assuming the screenshot establishes every relevant setting.
Clear confirmation requirements
Agree on how the chosen time should be explained before asking engineering to change the presentation.
Separate calendar checks
Verify stored bookings and provider behavior independently rather than treating visible labels as complete evidence.
Name the scheduling context
A time that looks wrong may reflect a timezone setting, an unavailable slot, or unclear presentation. Before capture, identify the displayed timezone, selected date, and intended service using a permitted test scenario. Confirm the product's scheduling rules with its owner. Avoid uploading real appointment or customer information when synthetic details can show the same interface concern.
Capture selection through confirmation
Record the calendar selection, available slots, booking action, and visible confirmation. Review the supported media in Retick and inspect the candidate findings against that sequence. A changed time label is not automatically proof of a scheduling defect. Add the relevant build and settings manually. Check actual stored bookings and external calendar behavior with your own tools if the report depends on them.
Define an observable UI correction
A focused issue might require the selected timezone to remain visible beside the confirmation time. Have product approve the expected wording and conversion behavior. Keep a new request for another calendar provider outside the presentation fix. Review selected findings before exporting to Trello or downloading a file for a manual implementation handoff.
Recheck the meaningful date conditions
After a change, inspect the reported timezone and date conditions, including daylight-saving boundaries when they matter to your product. Use dedicated tests to verify scheduling calculations, availability, and provider synchronization. Retick does not execute bookings, validate every timezone conversion, or connect external calendars through this review. Media evidence helps explain the visible concern while the scheduling system still needs independent functional verification.
Capture the booking state that needs clarification
Keep date and timezone conditions beside the evidence.
